  As some of the other reviewers have suggested I would go elsewhere. Brian is a pro in misleading people with his well done landscaping designs. We hired Brian in 2016 to do our front yard landscaping and to install the new front sidewalk using owner supplied paves. Out of all the things that went wrong I will list a few, and for the rest, I will let the photos do the justice. 1. His team never went over the layout of the sidewalk prior to tearing out old one and beginning installation.
  2. He never mentioned the fact that he would not be doing any of the work or overseeing his crew.
  3. We met the "SITE MANAGER" after they began work and he demanded 90% payment or they would simply walk off with the yard torn apart.
  4. Tore our front entrance stairs apart and then proceeded to tell it would cost several thousands of additional dollars to "fix" correctly.
  5. Plants were substandard.
  6. Improperly installed sidewalk will need to be torn out and reinstalled.
  7. Did not grade the yard in the manner that was agreed to during initial and follow up visits.
  8. Installed completely dead sod. Replaced at only after many attempts to reach him.
  Still considering to hire County Wide? Please be sure to ask for the addresses of his recent customers from the past several years. Unfortunately, we failed to do that.
